Niles’ background is in improvisational theater and physical comedy. He performed on stage for four years and holds an MFA in creative writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Niles writes and directs the material for Balanced Productions.

Jennifer is a freelance, LA-based editor currently working in reality TV. She has worked on various projects for VH1, MTV and Telepictures Productions. She was the editor of the Tyra Banks Show, the Jenny Jones Show, the Sharon Osbourne Show, the Larry Elder Show and various pilot developments.

Matthew holds a degree in cinematography from Columbia College. He has worked extensively as a freelance cinematographer in the Chicago area.

Diana has worked as a make-up artist on innumerable film and still photography productions in the Chicago area. Trained in the art of make-up at the Cinema Makeup School in Hollywood, Diana developed a unique talent for subtlety, accentuation and dramatization.
